Performance
Hot stamping silicone plate is a matching product for hot stamping equipment. It uses a silicone plate as a heat carrier to transfer exquisite patterns to the product. The colors are red, orange, white and black. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance 300-400 ℃, high pressure resistance, high thermal conductivity, good elasticity and high temperature resistance.

What is the gilding press sheet made of

A gilding press sheet is typically made of high-quality silicone material. Silicone is a synthetic polymer that is known for its excellent heat resistance, durability, and flexibility. It is commonly used in various industries due to its desirable properties.

Silicone sheets used for gilding presses are often composed of a solid silicone rubber material. The specific composition and formulation may vary between manufacturers, but it typically consists of silicone polymers, fillers, additives, and curing agents. These components work together to provide the necessary characteristics required for gilding applications.

The silicone material used in the gilding press sheet offers several advantages, such as its ability to withstand high temperatures without deformation or degradation. It is also known for its non-stick properties, which help ensure easy release of the gilding material during the stamping process. Additionally, silicone is generally resistant to tearing, cracking, and chemical damage, making it a reliable choice for gilding press applications.

How to use gilding press 9mm silicon sheet

1. Make sure the gold-plating press is clean and in good working order. Adjust the temperature and pressure settings according to the type of material and foil you are using.

2. Place the 9mm silicone sheet on the heated platen of the gold press. The silicone sheet acts as a heat-resistant and flexible surface for the foil embossing process.

3. Place the foil on the area of the material you wish to emboss. Make sure the foil is precisely placed and aligned with the design or text you want to transfer.

4. Close the hot foil press to apply pressure. The heated platen and silicone sheet will press the foil against the material, transferring the metallic layer of the foil to the surface.

5. After a few seconds (time may vary depending on material and foil type), release the press and lift the silicone sheet to reveal the foiled design.

6. Gently remove any excess foil around the embossed area using a soft brush or cloth.

7. Clean the embossing press and silicone sheet after use to ensure longevity. Store the silicone sheet flat and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
