How to use gilding press 9mm silicon sheet

1. Make sure the gold-plating press is clean and in good working order. Adjust the temperature and pressure settings according to the type of material and foil you are using.

2. Place the 9mm silicone sheet on the heated platen of the gold press. The silicone sheet acts as a heat-resistant and flexible surface for the foil embossing process.

3. Place the foil on the area of the material you wish to emboss. Make sure the foil is precisely placed and aligned with the design or text you want to transfer.

4. Close the hot foil press to apply pressure. The heated platen and silicone sheet will press the foil against the material, transferring the metallic layer of the foil to the surface.

5. After a few seconds (time may vary depending on material and foil type), release the press and lift the silicone sheet to reveal the foiled design.

6. Gently remove any excess foil around the embossed area using a soft brush or cloth.

7. Clean the embossing press and silicone sheet after use to ensure longevity. Store the silicone sheet flat and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
