1.The rubber roller should be rotated when starting up, and the starting temperature should be controlled at about 100 degrees.
2.After the internal and external temperatures are the same, repeat heating at 50 degrees each time until the required temperature for the transfer.
3.The temperature, time, and pressure must be adjusted during the transfer process.
4.During the use of the rubber roller, it is strictly forbidden to pressurize or impact suddenly, and it is strictly forbidden to increase the temperature.
5.The temperature of the transfer machine should be turned off first, and the rubber roller should be stopped after the temperature is cool. Make sure that the rubber roller is rotating within 20 minutes to allow the rubber roller to fully dissipate heat.
6.Please use a suitable rubber roller according to the size of the printed pattern.
7.Please choose rubber rollers with different hardness and different shapes according to the different flatness and toughness of the transferred hot stamping material.
